This series of the southern Tuscany landscape photos was created in a single afternoon while my wife and I were traveling on the Strada Provinciale del Brunello from Siena to the two well known ancient Tuscany towns Montalcino and Montepulciano. After the whole morning long rain the front started to clear, the sun broke through the majestic formations of the clouds and spilled the brilliant light across the freshly plowed fields. Almost in a single moment the gray, wet, and almost boring landscape turned into the magnificent wonderland. However, it didn't last long and the last photos, near the Montepulciano were already taken in the strong gusts of wind and in the first raindrops falling from the closing clouds.
